I. Terms and Conditions of the Installment Payment Plan

The OptiMind Neuroscience Coaching & Training Institute (ONCTI) has developed an Installment Payment Plan designed to make as convenient as possible the payment of tuition. Students electing to follow the Installment Payment Plan agree to pay their financial obligations under the terms and conditions of the Installment Payment Plan set forth as follows:

Students agree to a select the monthly Installment Payment Plan and to pay their financial obligations for tuition to the Institute in equal installments. Failure to meet such financial obligations will have serious consequences: service charges of 1.5% per billing may be applied to past-due amounts, access to course content may be temporarily unavailable, the inability to take certification exam, or the neurocertification diploma may not be issued. Continued failure to pay a past due debt may result in the debt being referred to a collection agency. In that event, all reasonable collection costs may be added to the student's account in addition to any service charges that have accrued on the account.

II. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS Policy

Your satisfaction is important.

Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund. Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy on its sales/signup page.

The OptiMind NeuroCoach & NeuroLeader certification (both 8-week and **4-day trainings), Monetize Your Mind and OptiMind Accelerator programs are non-refundable and by signing up with a payment plan you are legally obliged to finish your payment plan.

**The 4-Day OptiMind Certification training can be transferred to another 4-Day training session within a year of investment upon approval and available spots. When the year expires then access to the online version of the program will be available. Please note there might be an additional payment if the investment increases after the year.

The Resilient Brain, Resilient Life (now Optimize Your Brain Life) membership program monthly or annual can be canceled anytime 14-days before the next payment. Email us at info@OptiMindInstitute.com to cancel. Payments will not be refunded for past payments of the membership program.

Live Events & Conferences tickets are non-refundable 60 days prior to the events. However, we can transfer your ticket to the next event or you can gift it to a friend.
